I told you all about my New Year’s resolution. I said it’s all about being fit and healthy.
We’re already in February and I’m proud to report that I have stuck with my resolution. I hit the gym in the mornings at least 3 times a week, sometimes 5 times. I have added loads of Bikram yoga in the evenings and on the weekends, as well as some bike riding. I have not sacrificed any social life, dinners and drinks. I’m down to 66kg, which is 6 kg less than last September. And most importantly, I have so much energy, I don’t even know what to do with it. I need less sleep, feel really good about myself and do think my April goal is realistic.
It’s all about working it – truly. It’s fantastic.
