Shaking things up!

I have had a true breakfast obsession lately! A Shake Obsession!
My favorite flavors evolve around banana, strawberry and mint. Preferably all fresh. Here’s the ‘how to’ run down on my very own Banana-Orange-Lime-Mint-Strawberry Smoothy.

1. one Banana

2. 3 freshly squeezed oranges and one freshly squeezed lime

3. add a handful of fresh mint leaves (I grow those in my little urban balcony jungle) and a handful of strawberries (frozen, mine sadly died) (I have very small hands, so I allowed myself two hands full)

4. mix everything up and blend it until smooth

The whole process doesn’t take me longer than 5 minutes and it’s delicious. If the portion is too large, I just keep the leftover in the fridge as a dinner snack.
