On weekend mornings I love waking up and browsing a bit through what my friends think is inspiring and worthwhile.
Today I loved seeing this beautiful video – The Value of Nowhere is a short film that takes kitesurfing legends Pete Cabrinha, Reo Stevens and Keahi De Aboitiz to beautiful French Polynesia. The three of them sail the islands on a Catamaran that allows them to get right into the shallow waters of the islands. They walk beaches that haven’t seen people in months, maybe years. They surf and kitesurf the local breaks together with the Polynesians and document a reef life that’s awe-inspiring.
Unplug this weekend!
Now, I think I’ll need to go for a second snooze and dream of wonderland. I will unplug for the remainder of the weekend and enjoy the value of nowhere.
