Haruki Murakami Cover
on my way home from Beijing to Shanghai last weekend I finished Haruki Murakami’s After Dark.
A story set in Tokyo – between dusk and dawn. Typical Murakami style characters, whose lives after interlinked yet barely touch. The good, the bad and the ugly. And a lot of deeper meaning if you are looking for it. Deeply realistic and slightly mystical.
As always I very much enjoyed the read, Murakami is one on the authors I can never get enough of. Ever since introduced to me by a good friend who gave me Murakami’s A Wild Sheep Chase I’ve had a crush on his writing style and story telling.
