Ever since my birthday in September, my friends have been providing me with a steady supply of baking goods. Christmas season was no exception, but I was so busy in December that I didn’t get around to actually baking anything Christmas related at all.
I made up for that in early January and baked my first Christmas Stollen ever, following this really easy recipe.
It was the best Stollen, it lasted me a total of 2.5 weeks and I definitely will revisit this one. The initial outcome tasted great, but was lacking a bit in terms of visual appeal.
