Monday Music * The Fray live in Shanghai

Instead of the usual music recommendation here’s a little recap from last week’s musical entertainment, which, coincidentally, did take place on a Monday as well.

The Fray were in town to play some music and aside from the rather embarrassing attempts of speaking Chinese to the audience it was a rather good event. They played at the Mixing Room, which is not a bad venue, and the crowd was the usual mix of expat kids and elderly people like us, looking for some Monday night entertainment. The show lasted three beers, which tells you that we drank rather slowly and they didn’t play all that long.
